Having cofounded Veracity Partners, Kenneth Hart is a well-established presence in the New York construction management sphere where he focuses on aspects of complex projects, such as site selection, conceptual estimating, and budgeting. Working with skilled subcontractors at Veracity Partners, Kenneth Hart develops contractor quality assurance programs that meet client requirements, and schedules and evaluates work on diverse building sites.

Mr. Hart earned his BA in education at New York University, and served as president and CEO of Sure Iron Works, Inc., in the early 1980s. Successfully diversifying operations, he oversaw a steel construction firm that focused on the fabrication of structural and ornamental steel. He spent 15 years as director of operations at HP Builders, Inc., and supervised a wide range of residential and commercial renovation projects before joining H&H Builders as CEO.

In 2014, Mr. Hart and the H&H Builders team earned the Big Apple Brownfield Economic Development Award for their work on a project at 301 West 125th Street. This annual award focuses on brownfield redevelopment and cleanup projects that measurably and positively impact the community.
